The mission of North Bay Honor Flight is to transport veterans to Washington, D.C. (with priority given first to veterans from WWII era, then to Korean War and Vietnam War eras) to see their memorial free of charge. We encourage all veterans to apply, even if you are facing an illness or other challenge. Veterans from completed flights describe the Tour of Honor as moving, the best day of their lives, affecting, emotional, healing. Participation in an Honor Trip gives you, the veteran, the opportunity to share this momentous occasion with your military peers, to remember the fallen, and to share your stories and experiences with other veterans in a safe space, filled with gratitude and respect for your sacrifice and service.
After May 6, 2025, all travelers are required to board the North Bay Honor Flight with a California-issued Real ID.
